Automate an 8,000-square-feet penthouse that also doubles as a showroom in this luxurious residential tower at Biscayne Beach

Challenge

Provide whole space automation with unobtrusive speakers

Solutions

We custom-built the showroom and residence using Control4 with Triad speakers all throughout. We also installed a Control4 4-zone matrix amplifier, Audio Control amp, and music streaming interface on top of configuring the touchscreen panel for mobile control of the automated space. Installed and mounted a TV for a grand A/V theater experience.

The residence is on a 51-story upscale residential tower designed by celebrity interior designer Thom Filicia. The showroom was designed by Aristone Interiors, paving the way for us to showcase our innovative smart home technology integrations.
