KIRK IVY
When Premium Digital Control & Automation won the prestigious CEPro Home of the Year award last September, it was for a luxury unit at the opulent Turnberry Ocean Club in Sunny Isles, Florida that Kirk Ivy and his company, Ivey Design Build, designed when it came to the interior design.
As Premium Digital Control handled the smart technology design, Ivey handled the construction, interior design and information technology architecture, as both Premium and his company has done for high-net-work residential clients in Florida.
Ivey Design Build’s impressive clients include Ritz Carlton Residences (Miami Beach), Trump Towers, Marquis Residences, Presidential Estates, Bal Harbour Towers, Oceana Bal Harbour, Acqualina, One Paraiso and the Epic Condo.
Kirk drew inspiration from an early start in the luxury h me remodeling industry, with the goal of improving the construction industry experience.
Today, Kirk facilitates and ensures the experience he calls the Ivey Standard to his clients in Florida, where oversees his team of architects, project managers, superintendents and interior designers when working with, say, Premium Digital Control.
Kirk has more than 15 years in the industry. Recently, Kirk started a new company, IVEY DB -IVEY PUNCH. It was created specifically to facilitate developers’ completion of punch-list items, specifically newly constructed buildings.
Kirk’s international experience has guided him well. Originally from Kingston in Jamaica, Kirk has lived a few years abroad, which helped crystallize his vision for the type of service he wanted to provide — centered around satisfying the clients’ best interests and delivering the luxury experience. Kirk has been recognized for his landmark projects at Super Clubs, Air Jamaica and Victoria Mutual.
With his continued mission of providing his clients quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction together with his keen eye for the details, Kirk proves to be a great partner to work with when it comes to smart technology. He aspires to maintain and continue exceeding the high standards of service and luxury experience to all his clients.
